Welcome

The Commute is a short book I wrote some time ago as an item on my bucket list. It centers on four characters during a routine commute suddenly thrust into a grid-down world without stores, banks, or utilities functioning. Two are somewhat prepared with survival skills, while the other two must rapidly adapt emotionally and practically in this electric-dependent society. My goal was to sell at least one copy to someone I did not know. Did that and it wasn't a best seller, so moving on. Available from Barnes & Noble or Amazon on eBooks.

My genealogy database is located here and contains contains 16000+ surnames, 48000+ marriages, and 183000+ individuals. It is based on 30 years of personel research into my family and other families I found interesting.

I'm still working on a dedicated webpage for Laura's pottery. At the moment, examples of Shirewood Pottery is thru Instagram.
